Highway 99 stretches from the
Washington-British Columbia border, through Vancouver, and terminates near the
Thompson River at Provincial Route 97. For a distance of ~twelve miles, Route 99 loses its
freeway status in Vancouver--thus becoming a surface-street route. Next
