Above is the signage for the US 50 and Federal Route 95 intersection.  Although Federal Route 50 is only shown as a left-hand turn, it will indeed continue its eastbound path if you turn right--and effectively duplex with Federal Route 95 North.   Check out the next picture, which displays this shared pavement.
