Where I Live:
San Francisco Bay Area, California, United States.
Some Hobbies:
Highway travel, cartography, foreign languages,
drawing maps, eating pizza, blackjack, simulation-genre PC software,
and both vacationing with and spending time with my girlfriend, friends and family.
Some Personal
Influences:
My main field of
study is Psychology--and some famous figures (in this field)
whose ideas make a great deal of sense to me, and positively
applies to most aspects of human experience (in my subjectivity)
include: Arthur Maslow (hierarchal basic needs), Carl R.
Rogers (client-centered approach) and Erik Erikson (achievement
goals based on one's present developmental-stage).
My Personal Philosophy:
Work hard, stay positive and accept self-responsibility with
any task. Some objectives may take more time to master
than others. General "happiness", in my opinion,
is usually attributed by strong degrees of productivity, including:
activity variation, sociality, well-restedness, and continual
expression of care, compassion and/or love in each long-lasting social
relationship (depending on the context of each relationship of course, be it family, friendship, romance, etc.) . Happiness and productivity, in my
opinion, seem one in the same.
