Oregon State Route 203 begins its northern journey at Interstate
84. If you're coming from Baker City, it's made accessible via Exit 298 on Interstate 84. No signage for the route is given from Oregon State Route 86 or
Interstate 84. As Oregon State Route 203 travels further north, it forges its own path (away from
Interstate 84) and winds through the hills of Baker and Wallowa Counties before settling
into LaGrande.
