Route 375, popularly known as the
Extraterrestrial Highway, connects Lincoln and Nye Counties. Near its
eastern terminus, the route parallels the Nellis Air Force Range--home of the
world-famous Area 51. It is rumoured that extraterrestrial beings (and
posssibly their remains) are kept at Area 51, although some debunk this theory as simply
urban legend.
