This site was setup by CALROG.COM. All
information and files introduced are original works of
CALROG.COM, therefore should be respected under the
following conditions:
I. No material presented on CALROG.COM
should be taken or used off of the site for unauthorized
usage. The visitor to the page acknowledges this fact,
and
shall not infringe upon this. This includes, but is not
limited to: images, files, headlines, or source code.
a. Only upon approval by the site's webmaster may any
works be used or replicated for any reason. If permission
is not given to a reply within 3 days of the sent
message, it shall be assumed that the right is not
waived.
b. There is no statute of limitations to how long all
content can follow these guidelines. As long as all
material remain present on CALROG.COM in one way,
shape or form, they will still be followed to all
preceding rules. The fact that material is "1 month
or older" does not justify an acceptable reason to
steal material from CALROG.COM.
II. All users failing to meet these
simple requirements may be subject to legal
intervention/prosecution.
a. Plagiarism of one's works is not tolerated, and
CALROG.COM will under most circumstances take action when
it finds this act being pursued. Under no reason is it
acceptable to break the preceding conditions. In
addition, if a user continues to steal material after his
request for CALROG.COM site content was denied,
he or she must respect the given decision; if this is not
adhered to, the user will fall under the same bracket as
other users breaking above conditions initially.
b. All users known to break the site's guidelines may be
prosecuted under law in either Alameda County, California
or Will County, Illinois. If a hearing is held,
the copyright of CALROG.COM will be presented in written
form.
