When I was a youngster, I would
often look at the LA vicinity maps--after all, LA has the most complex freeway
structure in the country. What intrigued me most about this region was
Highway 2--it was an east-west route that twisted and turned in all directions,
was a freeway for some stretches & a surface-street the next, and it
duplexed w/ the Hollywood Frwy (US 101) for a short distance. When I took
this picture, it was a very satisfying and enjoyable moment!
