Route 161 connects the respective outskirts of Dorris and the (the
town of) Tulelake, straddling the Calfornia-Oregon border throughout its entire
journey. During this nighttime picture, the weather was slightly above
freezing with slight north wind-gusts from nearby Tule Lake.
